

Dick and Gloria Logan
Dick and Gloria Logan were married over 60 years. Their five children established The Logan Family Foundation in 2004 to carry out the lessons that they gave the kids to constantly pay forward. They met at Ohio State where Dick played football, following a Hall of Fame career at Mansfield Senior H.S. Gloria graduated from Upper Arlington H.S. and went on to an active college experience at Ohio State where she earned her degree.
Dick played professionally for the Green Bay Packers and, following his playing career, made a commitment to coaching youth football in the North Canton area, where he had a positive impact on hundreds of young men who have gone on to great careers and families of their own. Dick passed away in November 2016.
Gloria was the head of the senior citizen program for the North Canton YMCA and was inducted into the North Canton Hall of Distinction for her service to the community. She passed away in 2024 having attended every event for the Logan Family Foundation and made sure that the weather was perfect every year. The Logan Family Foundation made a substantial contribution to the North Canton YMCA in Dick and Glo's honor following an outpouring of support in their memory.


Jeff Logan
Jeff graduated from The Ohio State University in 1978 and was named an outstanding graduate of Ohio State. He participated in varsity football as a running back for the Buckeyes. Ohio State teams during those four years won four Big Ten Championships and appeared in four bowl games, including two Rose Bowls. Jeff was a two-year starter, co-captain, twice All-Big Ten first team running back and an Academic All-American. Jeff and Dick are one of only two father/son combinations to both play under Woody Hayes. Jeff was inducted into the Ohio State University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024.
Jeff is a successful financial advisor in the Columbus area, along with serving as a radio and TV analyst for Ohio State Football and Central Ohio High School football. He is an active member of Muirfield Village Golf Club and is the starter for the annual Memorial Tournament. He served as the Honorary Chair of the Logan Family Foundation Golf Classic in 2025.

Jeff's wife, Dena, is a graduate of The Ohio State University and was a varsity cheerleader for the Buckeyes. She has been an active community volunteer in the Columbus area. The Logans have two adult children, Katie and Christopher (Erin), along with two grandchildren, Mia and Keegan. Jeff and Dena reside in Delaware, Ohio.


Andy Logan
The youngest of the Logan children, Andy starred at North Canton Hoover H.S. in football and basketball. He was co-captain of both teams his senior year that went to the state championships. Hoover was the first Division I school to make the state finals in football and the final four in basketball in the same year.
He went on to Kent State University and played defensive back for the Golden Flashes, where he lead the nation as a senior in interceptions, along with Deion Sanders of Florida State. Andy returned to North Canton to begin his career in the family sporting goods business and today is the owner of the business that was started in 1975.
His wife, Dede, was an exceptional swimmer at Hoover and in college at Bowling Green. Andy and Dede have three children: Cameron, a graduate of Cleveland State where he was a standout lacrosse goalie; Taylor, a graduate of Ohio State University; and Drew, who plays football for the University of Cincinnati.


Jill Logan
Jill is a North Canton native and moved to Ashland in 2011. She has been an integral part of the Ashland community as her late husband, Jud Logan, was head coach of the Ashland University Track and Field team.
Since 2018, Jill coordinated the Ashland County United Way campaigns and accomplished record setting giving to support the efforts of the organization, before retiring in 2025. She previously worked in the Logan Family sporting goods store for many years and also worked with North Central Ohio Hospice.
She is proud of her three grown children - Nathan (Cheryl), Jenna (Winston), and Kirsten and especially her six grandchildren - Peyton, Charlotte, Eloise, Declan, Mason and Lofton. After retiring from the United Way, Jill relocated to Virginia to be closer to part of her family.


Whitney Logan
Whitney was a two sport standout at North Canton Hoover in football and track. He was a favorite receiver of All-American quarterback Todd Blackledge in high school. He was a leader on the track team where we ran the 800 meters.
Whitney graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in business. He is the founder and president of Logan + Reed Wealth Partners, a financial planning firm in Columbus. He recently added his son, Danny Logan, to the team. Together, they guide families and individuals to plan, build and preserve wealth. Whitney is also a member of the Upper Arlington Rotary Club, Scioto Country Club and Trinity United Methodist Church.

Whitney lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio, with his wife, Dr. Karen Logan. Karen is the daughter of Ohio State football All-American and Hall of Famer, Dean Dugger. Whitney and Karen have three adult children: Caroline and her husband, Caleb, live in Washington D.C. with their son, Elliot. Melanie, and her fiance, Drew, live in Denver. Danny and his wife, Cheyenne, live in San Diego where he continues his professional lacrosse career.

Amy Logan Walther
Amy is the first of five children in the Logan family and had to put up with four highly competitive younger brothers. Amy graduated from North Canton Hoover H.S. and has remained in the North Canton area for much of her life.
She runs operations for Logan Sports and recently added the title of CFO to her duties. She is actively involved in many of the charitable causes that benefit from the Logan Family Foundation.
Her organizational skills exceed the athletic skills of the brothers combined!
